What is a newsletter or blog that you NEVER miss reading? 

I am revisioning this newsletter and need fresh ideas. 

Why?

- Used to be amazing

- Now it's solid

- But not amazing

- Business has evolved 

- Newsletter has been in a funk

- Should make us stand out

- It doesn't any more

So, here is my plan:

1. Work with our marketing team

2. Study all content we've produced

3. Find what works and what doesn't

4. Come up with objective measurement criteria 

5. Find the 15 most recommended newsletters

6. Subscribe and study

Out of that I want to be able to answer a few questions:

Q1: What is our internal goal of the newsletter?

Q2: What is the goal for our readers of the newsletter? 

Q3: How can we objectively measure these two things?

Q4: How can we make our newsletter the #1 most recommended marketing newsletter? 

…

So, two questions for you:

1. Do you want me to send periodic updates on this project as we work through it?
