You know that famous "what success really looks like" drawing?

I'm talking about the one that's been overused to death by self-help gurus and your friend who never fails to miss a #MotivationalMonday post on Facebook. :)

This one:

There's a reason why it's overused—especially in entrepreneurial crowds.

That's what it freaking feels like to build a business!

A rollercoaster of confusion with random periods of sweet, sweet "up-and-to-the-right" clarity.

The trick is figuring out what triggers those periods of clarity for you—so you can make them predictable instead of random.

For me, it's always been the same thing.

If I had to point out what sparked those periods of positive momentum over the past couple of years, it would look something like this:

Pushing through a plateau always came after I hired the right coach.

Yeah, yeah—I get it.

"Hire a coach" isn't revolutionary advice.

But I'm not sending this email just to tell you that.

I'm sending it to show you HOW to hire one.

Cause that's the thing.

Most people know it's a good idea…

...but they're terrified of screwing it up.

(Hiring the wrong coach can be a very expensive mistake.)

That's why I published a new post to walk you through my 4-step process for finding and hiring the RIGHT coach for your business:

4 Steps to Finding the Right Business Coach in 30 Days or Less <<<

It will show you:

  • How and where to find coaches (including a few creative solutions)

  • 4 questions that will protect you from hiring a fraud

  • Why you should identify your #1 problem BEFORE hiring anyone (and how to do it)

  • And more

Here's the link again to check it out.
