Here's my plan:

Over three months, we'll have three 1-on-1 consulting sessions—just you and me. We'll start by identifying your biggest potential for improvement. After that, we'll get into the nitty gritty: lead generation, email templates, sales scripts, compensation structures, hiring processes, team organization, and more.

I've never offered this publicly and I'll probably never do it again, so if you're interested, now's the time. I've charged $30k for similar consulting packages in the past, but today all you need to do is:

I can't work with thousands of sales teams, so...

I'll pick three people who signed up and sent the email. From there, we'll sync our schedules and get started. Once a month, we'll hop on a call to discuss your current sales process.

  • Confidentiality: If we work together, everything we discuss stays between us. I don't share what you tell me with anyone else, and you don't share what I tell you with anyone else (except for members of your team).

  • Selection process: I'll select three companies of varying sizes and industries.

  • Scheduling: We'll have one call per month for three months. You can also shoot me an email whenever you want input on something else during that time period. Why limit this to three months? Because I'm very selective with time commitments and, more importantly, because I want to have a clear deadline—it'll force us to act with urgency. You'll be amazed what we can accomplish in 90 days.
