How to close a deal when the prospect has a “better offer” from a competitor

You've qualified and advised the prospect, and it's decision-making time. Everything indicates that this prospect SHOULD buy.

BUT...

... they now tell you they've got a better offer from a competitor, who's giving them a huge discount. Now they're trying to pressure you into lowering your price. What do you do?
