Can you read someone's mind in a cold email?

Not enough people responding to your cold emails? And the few responses you do get are just some form of "not interested"?

Most companies that are prospecting via cold emails have that challenge. And most of them deservedly so. They deploy zero empathy into their emails, do what everyone else is doing, and then wonder why what they're doing isn't working.

Want to know how to create break-out results with cold emails?

Empathy. Understand your prospects better. Understand what their day is like, understand what they care about and what they're thinking.

I have a simple technique that I use when cold emailing people. I call it mind reading—no ESP involved :) It's all about common sense and understanding human nature.

In fact, if you ever send me a cold email, your chances of actually getting my attention are a lot higher if you do some mind reading. 

(If you're not using the mind reading technique in your cold emails yet, I highly encourage you to start asap. It works really well RIGHT NOW, but like is often the case with these things—at some point we sales people and marketers will overuse and ruin it. Eventually it'll just become one of these things in the inbox of your prospect that makes them go "oh, another of these.... delete". )

So don't put this off!
