BS sales metrics? 🤔

"We increased year-over-year sales by 150%!"

"Our cold emails get an 85% open rate!"

"I doubled our closing rate!"

These statements might all be true and sound great, but they could also be utterly meaningless. It completely depends on the context.

Seem obvious? Yep. But I can't tell you how many times businesses fail because they're being led astray by BS metrics.
