These metrics can help you close more deals

I'm a big believer in action over analytics. There are way too many sales teams getting lost in a sea of data, when what they really should be doing is just talk with more prospects.

BUT there are some data points you need to keep tabs on if you're cold emailing or cold calling. Otherwise you won't know how to improve your sales process.

There are really just three metrics to track for cold calling and emailing—and knowing how YOUR numbers compare to these benchmarks will immediately give you actionable insights into what steps to take next.
